How much does a wedding at Cortijo Los Agustinos cost?
Cortijo Los Agustinos publishes a from-price of €5,400, the lowest starting figure of any priced venue in Andalusia on this site, and in-house catering from €80 a head. Those two numbers are the whole of the published pricing for a 68-hectare olive estate that holds 500 guests, sleeps 52 and lets the music run until 6am. This page works out what they add up to, what they leave out, and how the estate reads against the region's other large houses.

A hire, not a package
The published from-price at Cortijo Los Agustinos is €5,400 for the 2027 to 2028 season, and it arrives without a note. At most Andalusian estates on this site the from-price carries a stay, and sometimes the food and drink as well. Here it carries neither, so the number is best read as the hire of the estate for your wedding: the contemporary farmhouse on its hillside facing Arcos de la Frontera, the three main event spaces, the gardens and the 68 hectares of olive grove around them, with full exclusivity so nobody else is on the property.
That makes the figure the start of a budget rather than most of one. The hire is low because almost everything else is priced on top, which is a different model from the all-in packages elsewhere in the region, and it suits couples who want to decide for themselves how much goes into beds, food, drink and the party rather than buy a bundle.
Catering at €80 a head
The estate caters in-house from €80 per person, which is the lowest published per-head figure among the Andalusian venues that state one. Drinks are not priced in the record, so a bar package or a per-head drinks figure is a question for the enquiry, and so is the wine, given that wine tasting is one of the three experiences the estate lists for guests. Everything a wedding needs beyond the estate and the plates, from the photographer to the DJ who has to keep going until 6am, is a separate supplier. The venue keeps a supplier list and a hotel recommendation list, which shortens the search even if it does not shorten the bill.
Hire plus catering at three sizes
The estate takes up to 500, so the rows below work the hire and the published catering at 100, 200 and 300 guests. Drinks, accommodation, the band and the rest are left out on purpose: these are the floor for the venue and the food, computed from the record at build time.
With a hire this small, the catering is the number that moves. At 100 guests the food already costs more than the estate; at 300 it dominates the total entirely. That is the opposite shape from a house whose hire carries three nights and 22 beds, where the fixed cost is the large one and the per-head figure is secondary. It also means the estate does not punish a smaller wedding the way those houses do: a wedding of 100 here starts well below what a wedding of 100 starts at in most of Andalusia. The budget calculator will add the drinks and the suppliers at your own count.
Who sleeps on the estate
Cortijo Los Agustinos sleeps up to 52, which is a lot for a cortijo, and it does so in two kinds of room: eight en-suite bedrooms in the main house and six Retiros, the estate's name for the lodgings set out in the grounds. The minimum stay is one night, so unlike the three-night houses on the coast you are not committed to a long weekend to hold the wedding. Because the hire price does not mention beds, the nightly rates for the rooms and the Retiros are a question to put to the venue, along with whether a wedding booking must take all 52 places or can take some. The record flags that local accommodation is nearby, and for a wedding of several hundred, Arcos de la Frontera, the hill town the estate faces, is where the rest of the list stays. Our guide to venues in Spain with accommodation compares what other estates do with their beds.
Three spaces, no curfew, music until 6am
The estate lists three main event spaces that can be joined together, among them the Esplanade, with Mediterranean gardens and a square water feature, and an infinity pool set above the olive grove. There is no curfew and music is permitted until 6am, which in the Andalusian countryside is rare enough to be the deciding factor for couples who want the party to be the point. A wedding of 500 is possible on paper; in practice the capacity means that a wedding of 150 or 200 has room to spread across the spaces rather than fill one of them. The venue is child friendly and lists disabled access, and the hillside gives sunsets over the Sierra de Grazalema.
The estate also has Equus, its own equestrian centre, with stables for up to 20 horses and two riding arenas, one indoor and one outdoor. Horse riding and trekking are listed alongside wine tasting as the experiences on offer, which gives a group staying the night before something to do with the day.
The ceremony
The record lists no specific ceremony setting and no marriage licence, so plan on a symbolic ceremony on the estate with the legal part completed elsewhere. For most non-resident foreign couples that is the practical route in Spain in any case, since the binding civil ceremony is rarely available to them here; our guide to getting married in Spain sets out what is and is not possible. With three event spaces and 68 hectares, where the ceremony goes is a conversation with the venue rather than a choice from a menu, and the gardens on the Esplanade are the obvious first suggestion.
Getting there
The nearest airport by straight line is Jerez (XRY), roughly 29 km away. The venue's own figures put Jerez at 44km, Seville at an hour and Cadiz and the coast at 40 minutes. For a large international guest list that is a useful spread: Jerez for the short hop, Seville for the wider choice of flights, and the coast for guests who want to add a few days by the sea. A wedding of several hundred will need transport laid on from Arcos, and that is a supplier line to add early.
Against the rest of Andalusia
No other Andalusian venue on this site publishes a bare hire figure, so the fairest comparisons are the two that publish a per-head catering price and the two built, like this one, for a late and large party.

Finca La Gloria publishes €25,000 with three nights for 14 included and catering at €160 a head, double the per-head figure here, for a maximum of 100 guests. Casa La Siesta is €19,000 with three nights for 22 and catering from €125, capped at 120. Hotel Fuente del Sol near Antequera is €22,000 with two nights for 38 and the food and drink inside the price, takes 90, and also has no music curfew. La Dehesa de Don Pedro is the closest in spirit: €9,500 with two nights for 37, up to 300 guests, no curfew, and the food quoted on enquiry. Los Agustinos undercuts all four on the headline and on the plate, and asks you to build the rest yourself.
The Andalusia cost guide puts every priced venue in the region on one page, and venues by budget groups the whole collection by starting price. For a guest list past the hundred mark, our guide to venues for 100 or more guests is the shortlist to start from.
Who it suits
Cortijo Los Agustinos suits couples with a big list, a late finish in mind and a preference for paying line by line rather than for a bundle. The hire is small, the catering is the cheapest published in the region, and the capacity leaves room for a wedding of 300 or more without a marquee. It suits less well a couple who want the beds and the food settled in one number, or a wedding of 30 that wants a house to itself for a weekend; the Andalusian houses priced with the nights in do that better. For anyone whose first question is how late the music can play, the answer here is 6am, and the second question, what it costs, starts at €5,400.
Questions couples ask us
How much does a wedding at Cortijo Los Agustinos cost?
The estate publishes a from-price of €5,400 for the 2027 to 2028 season, with no note attached, so read it as the hire of the estate rather than a package. In-house catering is quoted from €80 a head and is added on top. Drinks, accommodation and suppliers are separate lines.
Does the price include accommodation?
The record does not say so. The estate sleeps up to 52, across eight en-suite rooms in the main house and six Retiros in the grounds, with a one-night minimum stay, and it keeps a hotel recommendation list for guests who stay elsewhere. Ask for the nightly rates when you enquire.
How late can the party run?
There is no curfew, and the venue states that music can run until 6am. That is unusual among Andalusian estates and is the reason many couples shortlist it.
How many guests can the estate hold?
Up to 500 for both the ceremony and the reception, from a minimum of two, across three main event spaces that can be combined. The record does not list a marriage licence, so most foreign couples hold a symbolic ceremony here and complete the legal formalities at home.
