Wedding venues in Spain where your guests can stay
46 of the 55 wedding venues we list in Spain say how many guests they can sleep on site. This guide sorts them by that number, says which ones fold the nights into the price, and explains why a Spanish wedding with beds is a different purchase from one without.

Why beds decide the shortlist in Spain
The quiet truth about destination weddings in Spain is that most of the estates do not sell an afternoon. A finca in Mallorca, a masía behind Barcelona or a cortijo in Andalusia is a house first, and the house is what you hire: two or three nights, a named number of beds, and the wedding somewhere in the middle. That is why the from-prices in our collection look so different from one another, and why a venue that "sleeps 22" is telling you more about its price than its capacity does.
Of the 55 venues we list, 46 state a figure for guests sleeping on site. 33 of those ask for a minimum of two nights or more, and 27 say the stay is already inside the published from-price. Read the three groups below with that in mind: the number of beds is the shape of the wedding.
Venues that sleep the whole party: 40 beds or more
14 venues sleep 40 guests or more. 6 of them are hotels with a hundred beds or more, where the question is a takeover rather than a house party. The largest estate that is not a hotel is Petunia Ibiza, a Beaumier Hotel in Ibiza, which sleeps 88 on a 2-night minimum.

Venues for the inner circle: 20 to 39 beds
This is the heart of the Spanish collection: 17 venues that sleep the couple, both families and the wedding party, with everyone else nearby. Most of them price the wedding as a stay. Where the from-price says it includes two or three nights for a given number of guests, that number is usually the bed count, so the price and the beds are one decision.

A few rooms on site: under 20 beds
15 venues sleep fewer than 20. These are the places where the couple stays the night before and the night of, and the guest list sleeps in the nearest town. Several of them are the best value in the collection precisely because you are hiring the estate for the day and not the house for the weekend.

Region by region
Where the beds are, from the same records:
Andalusia's estates almost all sleep guests and almost all sell nights; that is the region's whole model, and the Andalusia cost guide explains what it does to the price. Barcelona's masías are the deepest pool of 20-to-40-bed houses in Spain. Mallorca's fincas sleep fewer and sell the day, with the island's hotels doing the rest. Ibiza splits between hotel takeovers with hundreds of beds and private fincas with a dozen.
What to ask before you book
Whose beds are they? "Sleeps 28" can mean 28 in the main house, or 20 in the house and 8 in a cottage across the lane. Ask for the room list and who you would put where.
Are the nights inside the price, and for how many? A from-price that includes "2 nights for 20" is a package for 20 sleepers. If you have 28, the extra beds are a line on the quote. If you have 12, you are still paying for 20.
What happens to the rest of the guest list? The venue page says whether there is local accommodation nearby. Ask the venue which hotels its couples actually use and how far the taxi is at 2am; the answer tells you whether the property sleeps enough for your wedding or only for your family.
Questions couples ask us
How many wedding venues in Spain let guests stay on site?
46 of the 55 venues we list state how many guests they sleep on site. 14 sleep 40 or more, 17 sleep between 20 and 39, and 15 sleep fewer than 20. The figure is the venue's own; we never total up rooms to invent one.
Do Spanish wedding venues include the accommodation in the price?
Often, and it is the first thing to read in a quote. 27 of the 46 venues with beds state that its published from-price includes a stay, typically two or three nights for a named number of guests. The rest price the beds separately or on request.
Is there a minimum stay?
33 of the 46 venues with beds ask for two nights or more; the longest minimum in the collection is 5 nights. A venue that sleeps the party rarely sells a single night in peak season, because the wedding is its whole week.
What if the venue sleeps fewer guests than we have?
That is the normal case. The estates that sleep 11 or 15 or 20 are not small weddings; they are weddings where the couple, parents and a handful of friends stay on the property and everyone else drives in from hotels and rentals nearby. Check the venue page for what it says about accommodation nearby, and ask the venue how far the nearest town with hotel stock is.
