How much does a wedding at Finca Binissati cost?

Finca Binissati publishes a from-price of €4,500 for a wedding of up to 200 guests, and the figure carries a nine-hour private event, the planner, the cleaning, the music fee and one night at the house for the couple. Food is not in that number: the estate caters in-house and works with recommended caterers, so the menu is quoted on enquiry. This guide sets out what the hire covers, what sits outside it, how the four ceremony areas and the wet-weather plan work, and where the price lands beside the other Mallorca fincas that charge for the estate and bill the food separately.

What €4,500 buys at Binissati

Finca Binissati has belonged to the Siquier family since 1510 and is still run as a family estate, which is rare among the island's wedding fincas and shapes how the hire is written. The published from-price is €4,500 for the 2027 to 2028 season, and the venue's note on that figure says it includes one night's stay for two. The record's own list of what the hire covers is longer than most: a private event of up to nine hours for up to 200 guests, a choice of four ceremony areas, two areas for the aperitif and banquet and two for the party, a wedding planner service, cleaning, the SGAE music fee, parking for 150 cars, and the house for dressing from four hours before the ceremony. A wet-weather plan for 120 guests is part of the hire too, extendable to cover all 200 if the forecast turns.

Read that list twice, because several of those lines are extras elsewhere. The music rights fee, the cleaning and the planner are each a separate invoice at other Mallorca estates, and the nine hours is a stated window rather than a vague promise of the day. Extra hours are available on request, and the record lists no curfew, so a late finish is a conversation with the family rather than a rule to be worked around.

What sits outside the hire

Food and drink, first of all. The estate offers in-house catering and also keeps a list of recommended caterers, but the record publishes no per-head figure for either, so the menu is quoted when you enquire with a guest count and a date. There is a licensed bar on site, which means the drinks run through the venue rather than through a corkage deal, and the bar is priced on request as well. Beyond the couple's night, beds are not in the price: the house sleeps eight in all, and anyone past that number stays off the estate. Suppliers, from the photographer to the band, are yours to book, and the venue keeps a supplier list and a hotel recommendation list to shorten the search.

The practical consequence is that Binissati's from-price tells you the cost of the place, not the cost of the wedding. For a sense of where the food might land, the two neighbouring fincas that do publish catering figures are a useful yardstick: Finca Morneta quotes from €120 a head and Finca Son Sampol from €150. Binissati's own quote may sit above or below those, but at anything like that level a wedding for 100 guests puts the food well ahead of the hire in the budget, which is the usual shape of a finca wedding on the island.

Four ceremony areas, three ways to seat the dinner

The record names three of the estate's spaces. El Bosque Nupcial is the holm oak forest, where guests are welcomed with a drink and the vows are said among the trees. El Patio de Naranjos is the orange-tree patio, and La Clastra Tramunta is one of the old stone courtyards. Each hosts the aperitif and banquet differently, so a wedding here tends to move: the ceremony under the oaks, drinks on the patio, dinner in the clastra, then the party in one of the two spaces set aside for it. Four separate areas are listed for the ceremony itself, and the minimum numbers are low, ten for a ceremony and eight for a reception, so the same estate works for a small family wedding as it does for a full list of 200.

Nothing in the record's feature list mentions a marriage licence, so plan on a symbolic ceremony in the forest with the legal paperwork done at home. That is how most foreign couples who do not live in Spain marry here in any case, because the binding civil ceremony is rarely open to them; our guide to getting married in Spain explains the options.

The night for two, and the other six beds

The hire includes one night at the house for the couple. The house sleeps up to eight, so there are beds for a further six, charged separately, which is enough for parents or the closest of the wedding party and no more. For everyone else the venue's hotel recommendation list is the starting point, and the island's hotel stock means that is seldom a difficulty. If you want most of the list under one roof, Binissati is not built for it; the venues with accommodation guide lists the Spanish houses that are, and on Mallorca itself Son Doblons sleeps 18 and Hospes Maricel & Spa has rooms for 102.

The estate has a swimming pool, welcomes children and pets, has disabled access, and lists cooking classes, yoga and spa treatments among its experiences, so the night before or the morning after has something to fill it. With a nine-hour event window and the house open for dressing from four hours before the ceremony, the couple's day on site runs long even without a longer stay.

How the hire reads at different guest counts

Because there is no published catering figure, this guide cannot add the food to the hire the way our pages on venues with per-head pricing do. What it can show is how the €4,500 behaves on its own. It is a fixed figure for the estate up to 200 guests, so it costs the same whether you bring 40 people or 200, and the per-guest share of it falls as the list grows.

40 guests · hire €4,500 shared across the list €113 a head
100 guests · hire €4,500 shared across the list €45 a head
200 guests · hire €4,500 shared across the list €23 a head

At 200 guests the hire is a small line and the food dominates; at 40 it is still a modest share once a Mallorca caterer's quote is added. Either way the number that moves the total is the caterer's, so ask for that quote at the same time as you ask for the date. The budget calculator lets you enter a per-head figure of your own and see the whole wedding beside the hire, and venues by budget shows where €4,500 sits against the rest of the collection.

Getting to the estate

The nearest airport by straight line is Palma (PMI), roughly 30 km from the estate. The record gives no drive time, so ask the family for the road route when you enquire, but on an island the size of Mallorca no finca is far from the terminal. Parking for 150 cars is generous for a 200-guest wedding, and with no curfew to beat there is no need to time coaches around a fixed finish. The venue's hotel recommendation list will tell you which towns the family expects guests to sleep in, which in turn tells you where the taxis will be going at the end of the night.

Other Mallorca fincas priced as a hire

Binissati is one of several estates on the island whose published price pays for the place and leaves the food to a separate quote. The four below work the same way, and each puts the beds and the hours in a different place.

  • Mallorca

    Finca Son Vila

    up to 300 guests · 1-night minimum · from €3,500

  • Mallorca

    Finca Morneta

    up to 150 guests · sleeps 2 · from €4,500 · catering €120 a head

  • Mallorca

    Finca Son Sampol

    up to 200 guests · sleeps 16 · from €4,800 · catering €150 a head

  • Mallorca

    Son Doblons

    up to 220 guests · sleeps 18 · 5-night minimum · from €15,000

Finca Morneta publishes the same €4,500, also with a night for two in the suite, but states the figure as plus VAT and tops out at 150 guests; it is the one that publishes both a catering figure, from €120 a head, and a drinks figure, from €60. Finca Son Sampol is €4,800 for a ten-hour event, sleeps 16 on site and quotes catering from €150. Finca Son Vila is the cheapest of the group at €3,500 for a single day, takes up to 300 and keeps a suite for the couple. Son Doblons shows what the step up looks like: €15,000 with beds for 18 included and a five-night minimum, a different kind of wedding altogether. Where Binissati stands out is the list of things folded into its hire, the planner and the music fee above all, and the holm oak forest, which none of the others has.

The Mallorca wedding cost guide sets every published figure on the island side by side, and the full collection lets you filter by region and capacity.

Who Binissati suits

Book Binissati if you want a family-run estate with a forest ceremony, a run of named spaces to move the party through, and a hire that already contains the planner, the cleaning and the music fee. It suits a guest list anywhere between a small family wedding and the full 200, with the caveat that only eight of them sleep on the estate. It suits couples who are happy to take the food as a separate quote and who would rather have a nine-hour window with extra hours on request than a fixed package. If you need most of your guests on site, or you want the food and drink priced before you enquire, Hospes Maricel & Spa and Finca Morneta answer those needs more directly. For the forest and the orange trees, there is only one estate on the list.

A wet-weather plan for 120 guests is part of the hire, and the record says it can be extended to cover the full 200 if needed. Ask what that extension costs when you enquire.
