How much does a wedding at Masia Can Ramonet cost?
Masia Can Ramonet is a family-run 16th-century estate in the Garraf Natural Park, ten minutes from Sitges, and its published hire is €5,000 for a wedding of up to 100 guests with two nights for 30 inside it. The food comes as an all-inclusive package from €150 a guest. This guide takes those figures apart, explains the three houses and 15 bedrooms, and compares the estate with four other Catalan houses that put a two-night stay into the hire.

Two figures, one for the house and one for the plate
The budget at Masia Can Ramonet rests on two published numbers. The first is the hire: the venue describes an average rental of €5,000 for weddings of up to 100 guests, with two nights of accommodation for 30 guests included, and adds that the price varies with the season. The second is the food: all-inclusive catering, service and drinks packages from €150 per guest, with a discount of 15 per cent on that package for a midweek wedding between Tuesday and Thursday.
That combination is unusual in the region. Most Catalan estates with beds on site price the house high and the food separately; Can Ramonet prices the house low and bundles the food, the service and the drinks into one per-guest line. For a couple who want to know the total early, that structure is easier to live with than a hire plus a menu plus a bar plus a staffing charge.
What €5,000 includes
Full exclusivity of a private estate inside the Garraf Natural Park, with four historic buildings giving you gardens, terraces, courtyards and shaded outdoor space to move the day between. Two nights for 30 guests, in bedrooms spread across three separate houses. A swimming pool, which is also where the ceremony happens. The record lists an on-site planner, in-house catering, a licensed bar, a sound system, a bridal changing room, car parking and disabled access, and notes that the estate is child friendly and welcomes pets.
What it does not include is the food, which is the €150-a-guest package, and the beds beyond 30, since the estate sleeps up to 40 across its 15 bedrooms and the hire covers two nights for 30 of them. The record also says the hire figure is an average for weddings of up to 100 guests; the venue takes up to 200 for both the ceremony and the reception, so a larger wedding should expect a different quote.
The hire divided, and why it barely matters
Because the food is priced per guest and the hire is small, the hire is not the line that decides the budget here. The table below divides the published €5,000 by three guest counts within the 100 the figure is stated for, and then by the 30 guests whose two nights it carries.
Set those figures beside a food package from €150 a guest and the picture is plain: at 100 guests the hire is a fraction of the catering, and the venue cost per guest is lower than at almost any Catalan estate with beds. The money goes to the table rather than the walls. The budget calculator will add the package to the hire at your own guest count and put the suppliers on top.
Three houses, 15 bedrooms, 40 beds
The beds are the second reason to look closely at this estate. Forty guests sleep across three separate houses, which for a wedding of 60 or 80 means most of the list waking up on the property, and for a wedding of 40 means all of it. The published hire covers two nights for 30; the remaining beds are a question for the enquiry. The minimum stay is two nights, so the weekend is a Friday arrival, a Saturday wedding and a Sunday in the pool, or the midweek equivalent at the discounted package rate.
The venue's experiences list is long enough to fill both days: wine tasting, olive oil tasting, cooking classes, cocktail making, yoga, horse riding, bikes, quad bikes, trekking, star gazing, watersports and yacht charter from the coast 5 km away. The estate also runs on green and renewable energy and builds its menus on local, seasonal produce, which is why it sits in our sustainable collection. For couples choosing between Catalan estates on the strength of the stay, the venues with accommodation guide sets this one beside the others.
A ceremony beside the pool
The record lists one ceremony setting: beside the swimming pool, with the estate's gardens and trees around it. Ceremony and reception each take from two to 200. Can Ramonet is not listed as licensed for marriage, and for the majority of foreign couples that is beside the point: most non-residents cannot hold the binding civil ceremony in Spain and hold a symbolic one here, with the legal part done at home beforehand or after. Our guide to getting married in Spain explains who can do what.
Twenty kilometres from the airport
The nearest airport by straight line is Barcelona (BCN), about 27 km away. The venue's own figures are 20 km from Barcelona Airport, ten minutes from Sitges and 5 km from the sea. That is the shortest transfer of any country estate in this series, and it changes what the wedding can be: guests can stay in Sitges, come up for the day and be back by the beach the morning after, and nobody needs a hire car to reach a vineyard in the hills. Car parking is on site for those who drive.
Four other Catalan houses with two nights in the price
The comparisons below are Barcelona-region estates whose published price also carries two nights, and whose sleeping capacity is in the same range. They show how differently the region prices the same idea.
Capellades · Barcelona
Masia Font de la Reinaup to 300 guests · sleeps 25 · 2-night minimum · from €3,000 · catering €122 a head
Garrotxa · Barcelona
Finca La Batlliaup to 130 guests · sleeps 32 · 2-night minimum · from €4,700 · catering €90 a head
La Selva del Camp · Barcelona
Mas del Sordup to 100 guests · sleeps 30 · 2-night minimum · from €8,000
Arbúcies · Barcelona
Can Riera de la Pinedaup to 350 guests · sleeps 18 · 2-night minimum · from €9,500
Masia Font de la Reina at Capellades is €3,000 with two nights for 25, takes 300 and caters from €122 a head; it is cheaper to hire but the food is priced separately from the bar and the service. Finca La Batllia in the Garrotxa is €4,700 for the weekend, sleeps 32, takes 130 and lists catering from €90 and drinks from €50 with suppliers of your own choosing. Mas del Sord near Tarragona is €8,000 with two nights for 30 and takes 100. Can Riera de la Pineda is €9,500 with two nights for 18 and takes 350. Can Ramonet's claim against all four is the airport: 20 km, against a drive into the hills for the rest.

Who it is for
Masia Can Ramonet is for a couple who want a sociable weekend with a large share of the list sleeping on the estate, a food bill they can read in one line, and an airport close enough that elderly relatives and friends with small children do not think twice. It rewards a list of between 40 and 100, a midweek date if the discount tempts you, and guests who will use the pool and the countryside. It will suit a couple less well if they want a licensed ceremony on site or a hire that already covers every one of the 40 beds. The full collection shows each venue's figures together, and an enquiry through us costs nothing.
