How much does a wedding at Finca La Concertista cost?
Finca La Concertista publishes a from-price of €25,300, and unlike nearly every other venue near Barcelona that figure already contains the food and the drink: three nights for 20 guests, catered by the finca's own team. There is no per-head rate to add, which changes how the number should be read. This guide sets out what the package holds, how the cost behaves once the guest list passes the 20 beds, where the ceremony can be held and under what licence, and which other Catalan venues price a wedding as a single figure.

One number instead of two
Most Catalan venues publish a hire and a plate, and the budget is the sum of the two. Finca La Concertista publishes one figure, €25,300, and its note on that figure reads: three nights for 20 guests with food and drink. The record carries no catering-per-person line and no drinks-per-person line, and that is deliberate. The finca was built by the two founders of a catering company, and the kitchen is theirs; what you are quoted is the stay, the celebration and the menus as one package, not a venue fee with a caterer bolted on.
The practical effect is that the headline is higher than at a house priced on hire alone, and the comparison with such a house is misleading until you have added that house's food and bar. The fairer comparison is with the other all-in packages in the region, which is why the venue list further down is drawn from those.
What €25,300 holds
Start with the stay. The record states a minimum of three nights and the package includes three, so the published figure is the shortest booking the finca sells. On-site accommodation sleeps 20, and the venue says it can add six single beds beyond that. The hire is exclusive, with the gardens and the poolside as the event spaces, and the usps add a detail worth knowing: booking the outdoor event space brings a night in the La Casita suites for six and breakfast the morning after, so the couple and their nearest are looked after on the wedding night regardless.
Then the people. The intro describes a private team that coordinates every detail from the first enquiry until the last guest leaves, which is coordination you would otherwise pay a planner for. The features list adds a licensed bar, a bridal changing room, a sound system, car parking and a supplier list, and the finca welcomes children and pets. Wine tasting and yoga are the experiences named for the days around the wedding.
What the package does not cover is anything outside the finca's gates: the photographer, the flowers beyond the house's own, the music, and the beds for guests past the 20 inside, for which the record lists a hotel recommendation list and nearby accommodation. Nor does it say how the figure moves for a date in high season, so the from-price is a floor and the enquiry is where the real quote comes from.
Why this page has no worked table
Our other cost guides multiply the venue's published per-head rate by three guest counts and add the hire. That cannot honestly be done here, because the finca publishes no per-head rate. The €25,300 is for 20 people, fed and watered for three nights; for 60 or 120 or the 250 the gardens can take, the finca writes a new figure around your menu and your dates. Any number we invented for that would be a guess, and this site does not print guesses as prices.
What can be said is how the figure behaves. The stay and the exclusivity are fixed costs, and the food and drink are variable, so a wedding for 20 pays a high price per head and a wedding for 120 pays a far lower one, because the three nights and the house are spread across six times as many plates. A couple with a small list and a long stay in mind will find the package well shaped for them; a couple with a list of 200 will want the per-head figure from the finca before they can compare it with anyone else. The budget calculator helps with the lines beyond the package once you have that quote.
Twenty beds, six more, and tents
The finca sleeps 20 in its own rooms, and the venue will add six single beds, which the intro frames as a way of getting more of the family under the roof. Beyond that, two things in the record are unusual for the region. The first is that the features list includes glamping, so with the finca's agreement a wedding can put part of the list under canvas among the olive trees rather than in a hotel. The second is the hotel recommendation list and the note about further rooms close by, for the guests who would rather have a bathroom door. Llorenç del Penedès is a small village in wine country, so the nearer hotels are in the towns around it and on the coast.
The guide to venues with accommodation compares the Spanish houses that sleep the wedding party, and for couples whose list sits comfortably inside 20, the guide to small and intimate venues is the natural next read.
A ceremony under the olives, and the licence
The one ceremony setting in the record is the olive grove: an open-air ceremony beneath the estate's own trees, with the cypresses marking the edges of the garden. The finca is licensed for marriage, which its own summary puts first among the reasons to choose it, and it means the civil ceremony and the celebration can happen in the same place without a trip to a town hall. The caveat is the same one that applies across Spain: the licence is the venue's, not the couple's, and most couples resident outside Spain cannot hold the legally binding civil ceremony here. They hold a symbolic one under the olives and complete the formalities at home. Our guide to how to get married in Spain sets out who can do what.
Barcelona Airport at 56km
The venue puts Barcelona Airport at 56km, and the record names it as the nearest. Llorenç del Penedès is inland from the coast between Sitges and Tarragona, in the Penedès wine region, and the drive from the airport is motorway for almost all of it. Car parking is on the features list. For guests spending the three nights in the area there is the coast on one side and the cava country on the other, and the finca's own wine tasting fills an afternoon without anyone leaving.
Other Catalan weddings priced as one figure
A handful of venues in the region bundle the food into the published figure, and a few more bundle a long stay. The four below are the ones to set beside La Concertista, because each of them, like the finca, asks you to compare a package rather than a hire.
Garraf · Barcelona
Alcazar Del Garrafup to 150 guests · sleeps 22 · 4-night minimum · from €28,000 · catering €110 a head
La Bisbal d'Empordà · Barcelona
Hotel Castell d’Empordaup to 200 guests · sleeps 130 · 1-night minimum · from €25,000
Hotel Castell d'Emporda is the nearest match on model: €25,000 for two nights for 40 guests with the food included, drinks from €18 a head, 130 beds and a ceiling of 200. Alcazar del Garraf is €28,000 with three nights and sleeps 22, but its catering is a separate €110 a head, so its true comparison figure is higher than the headline. Torre Sever publishes €11,600 with catering and drinks included for up to 185, and Mas de Sant Lleí publishes €10,500 with catering and drinks included for up to 700; neither carries beds, which is the gap between their figures and the finca's.
The Barcelona wedding cost guide reads every priced venue in the region and explains the three pricing models side by side, and venues by budget sorts the collection into bands so a package like this one lands in the right band rather than against day hires.
Is it the right finca for you?
Finca La Concertista suits a couple who want the catering, the coordination and the legal ceremony handled by one team, and who like the idea of three nights with 20 of their people inside the gates and the rest close by. It is a venue to choose for the kitchen as much as the garden. It is less obviously the choice for a couple chasing the lowest hire, because there is no hire to isolate, or for one who already has a caterer in mind. If the shape appeals but the beds are too few, Hotel Castell d'Emporda is the next read; if the beds do not matter, Torre Sever and Mas de Sant Lleí bundle the food at a lower figure. The full collection shows every venue's figures together, and an enquiry through us asks the finca for a quote at your guest count.
Questions couples ask us
How much does a wedding at Finca La Concertista cost?
The published from-price is €25,300, and the venue states that it includes a three-night stay for 20 guests with food and drink. There is no separate per-head catering figure, because the finca's own catering company is part of the package.
What if we have more than 20 guests?
The finca takes anything from 10 to 250 for the ceremony and the reception. The published figure covers 20 people with their food and drink; for a larger list the venue quotes on enquiry, and it keeps a hotel recommendation list for the beds beyond its own.
How many people can sleep at the finca?
Twenty, with six extra single beds available on request, and the record also lists glamping among its features. Three nights is the minimum stay, and those three nights are inside the €25,300.
Can we hold the legal ceremony there?
The finca is licensed for marriage, so the building can host a civil ceremony. Whether you can be legally married in Spain depends on your residency rather than the venue: most couples living abroad hold a symbolic ceremony under the olive trees and sign at home.
