How much does a wedding at Finca La Gloria cost?
Finca La Gloria publishes €25,000 for a wedding, quoted for 50 guests and including three nights of exclusive use with beds for 14 at a permaculture farm twenty minutes inland from the coast. Catering is listed at €160 a head, and the estate holds a marriage licence. This guide reads the package line by line, works the hire and the food through at three guest counts, explains what the licence does and does not do for a foreign couple, and sets the finca beside the other Andalusian estates whose price carries the nights.

Three figures to hold on to
Finca La Gloria is a seven-bedroom boutique hotel on a permaculture farm at San Martín del Tesorillo, between the Andalusian hills and the coast. Its record gives three numbers that between them decide the venue budget. The first is the published from-price of €25,000, which the venue quotes for 50 wedding guests and which includes a three-night stay with lodging for 14. The second is the catering, listed at €160 per person. The third sits inside the first: the venue's own description of the package says the fixed venue fee for the celebration is €7,500 for groups of up to 100 guests, with the balance of the package being the three nights of exclusive use and the lodging.
That breakdown matters because it tells you what you are paying for. The wedding itself is a fixed fee that does not rise between a list of 50 and a list of 100. The rest of the package is the house: three nights with the whole finca closed to anyone but your party, and 14 of them sleeping in its rooms.
Inside the package
The venue lists full exclusivity, a minimum stay of three nights, in-house catering by the estate's private chef, a licensed bar, a swimming pool, an on-site planner, a bridal changing room, parking, disabled access, and a welcome for children and pets. The menus are seasonal and built on the farm's own organic produce, which is the heart of the finca's offer: it describes itself as an ethical, conscious-living retreat rather than a hotel that happens to have a garden. It is part of our sustainable collection on that basis, and the experiences on the record are wine tasting and yoga.
What the package does not settle is the food for the wider list. The catering line of €160 a head is published separately, and the from-price is worded as being "for 50 wedding guests", so there is a real question about whether the meal for those 50 is already inside the €25,000 or added to it at the per-head rate. The worked figures below take the cautious reading and add catering for every guest; if the venue confirms the 50-guest meal is in the package, your total comes down from the first row. Drinks are not stated per head, so the licensed bar is a separate quote.
Worked through at 50, 80 and 100 guests
Each row adds the published package to the published catering at that guest count and stops. Nothing is in these figures for drinks, the fifteenth bed, suppliers, or beds in the village for the guests who do not sleep on the farm.
Because the venue fee is fixed for any group up to 100 and only the catering moves, the finca gets cheaper per head as the list grows, and the gap between 50 and 100 guests is the catering alone. For a list that is heading towards the ceiling, our guide to venues for 100 guests compares the Spanish estates that take that number comfortably. The budget calculator will take any of these rows and add drinks and suppliers on top.
The licence, and what it means for a foreign couple
Finca La Gloria is listed as licensed for marriage, which puts it in a small group of Spanish venues where a civil ceremony can legally be held on the property rather than at the town hall. Before that changes your plans, be clear what the licence covers: it is the venue that is licensed, and the couple still has to be eligible to marry in Spain. Most non-resident foreign couples are not, and the usual answer is a symbolic ceremony at the finca with the legal step completed at home beforehand. If one of you is resident in Spain, or you are prepared to do the paperwork in advance, the licence becomes useful. Our guide on getting married in Spain sets out both routes.
The record does not name the ceremony settings on the estate, so ask the venue to walk you through where the vows can be taken on your visit. With a pool, gardens and a working farm there are several candidates, but we do not describe spaces the venue has not listed.
Seven bedrooms, and where the rest of the list sleeps
The seven bedrooms are individually designed and hung with art and antiques, in what the record calls rural-chic rooms of bold colour. They sleep up to 15 on site, and the package pays for 14 of those beds for the three nights. The three-night minimum and the three nights in the price are the same three nights, so a Thursday-to-Sunday or Friday-to-Monday booking is the natural shape. Everyone beyond the house party stays off the estate; the venue keeps a hotel recommendation list and confirms local accommodation nearby, and the coast is a twenty-minute drive. Our accommodation guide explains how to split a list between the house and the town, and the three-day weekend guide covers the estates built for exactly this length of stay.
Gibraltar at 45 km, Málaga at 125 km
The record gives two airports. Gibraltar is 45 km away and the venue puts it at forty minutes by road; Málaga is 125 km down the coast with a far larger choice of routes. By straight line the nearest of the airports we map is Jerez (XRY), about 80 km away. For a list arriving from the United Kingdom, Gibraltar is the short transfer and Málaga the fallback for anyone whose dates do not fit its schedule. Parking on the estate is listed, and the coast is twenty minutes if guests want a beach day between the nights.
Three Andalusian estates priced with the nights in
The nearest comparisons are the estates in our Andalusia collection whose published figure also carries a stay. The three below each do it differently.

Monesterio · Andalusia
La Dehesa de Don Pedroup to 300 guests · sleeps 48 · 2-night minimum · from €9,500
Casa La Siesta at Vejer de la Frontera is the closest match in shape: €19,000 with three nights for 22, catering at €125 a head, and up to 120 guests, so a lower package, more beds, and cheaper food, but no marriage licence. Cortijo Roman at Jimena de la Frontera publishes the same €25,000 but for two nights for 22 with food and drink included, and takes 180. La Dehesa de Don Pedro is €9,500 in low season with two nights for 37, takes 300 and quotes food on enquiry. Finca La Gloria is the smallest of the four on beds and the only one with the licence. The Andalusia wedding cost guide reads every priced venue in the region, and venues by budget puts the whole collection into bands.
Is it the right fit?
Finca La Gloria suits a couple who want three nights with the farm to themselves, a house party of 14, a list of no more than 100, and food grown on the land they are standing on. The fixed venue fee rewards a fuller list, and the licence is a real advantage for the minority of couples who can use it. If beds for more of the list matter more than the farm, Casa La Siesta sleeps more for less. If you want the biggest possible wedding with the nights in, La Dehesa de Don Pedro takes three times the guests. The full collection lays each venue's figures out side by side, and an enquiry through us commits you to nothing.
