How much does a wedding at ME Ibiza cost?
ME Ibiza is a five-star seafront resort on the east coast of the island, and it prices a wedding as a package rather than a hire: an example at €17,250 covers the ceremony, exclusive use of the RADIO Rooftop, a two-hour open bar and a full meal for 50 guests. With rooms for up to 400 and a licence for marriage, it is one of the few Ibiza venues where the ceremony, the party and every bed sit under one roof. This guide reads the package line by line, divides it by the 50 it was priced for, and compares it with the other island venues that publish an all-in figure.

What the example package buys
ME Ibiza does not publish a hire fee and then a menu on top. It publishes one worked example: €17,250 for 50 guests, and the record lists exactly four things inside it. The ceremony. Exclusive use of the RADIO Rooftop, the terrace at the top of the resort with 360-degree views across the island and the sea. A two-hour open bar. And a full meal, cooked by the in-house kitchen. That is the ceremony, the venue, the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast in a single line, which is a very different shape from the dry-hire fincas inland where each of those is a separate contract.
The record also lists an on-site planner, a licensed bar, a sound system and a bridal changing room among the features, so the day has a coordinator, somewhere to get ready and a PA already in place. None of those carry a separate figure in the record, and they are the kind of thing a resort includes as a matter of course rather than itemises.
What is still to pay
Three things sit outside the package. The first is time at the bar beyond the two hours: a rooftop party that runs on into the night will either move to a consumption bar or extend the open one, and the resort will quote either. The second is every supplier who is not the kitchen or the bar, so the photographer, the flowers, the DJ or band, the celebrant and any styling on the terrace. The third is the rooms. ME Ibiza can put up 400 people, which is four times the largest wedding it hosts, but the room bookings are a separate line from the wedding figure, and the rate will depend on the dates and on how many rooms the party takes.
The example is priced for 50 guests. The rooftop takes up to 100, so for a list of 80 or 100 the meal and the open bar scale with the headcount and the figure moves up. For a list of 10, the smallest the resort accepts, it may come down, though a rooftop with exclusive use has a floor below which the venue would rather not go. Either way, the published number is the resort's own worked example, not a minimum spend, and your quote will be built the same way for your own count.
The package per guest
Because the figure is published for a stated number of guests, it can be read as a per-head rate, which is the easiest way to set it beside venues that price food separately. The table divides the package by the 50 it was priced for. It is a reading of the published figure, not a rate the resort quotes, and it leaves out the rooms and every supplier.
That per-head figure covers the venue as well as the food and the drinks, which is why it looks high beside a catering rate alone. Seahorse Beach Club, further down this page, publishes catering from €105 and drinks from €39 on top of its own package, and the gap between those and the ME figure is roughly what a five-star rooftop with exclusive use costs over a beach club restaurant.
Four hundred beds for a wedding of one hundred
The ratio is the point of the place. The resort sleeps up to 400, the wedding takes at most 100, so nobody on the list needs to find a villa or a hotel elsewhere on the east coast. The couple, the families, the wedding party and every guest can walk from the rooftop to their own room, and the resort's pool and the Thai Room Wellness and Spa fill the day after. The record lists the resort as child friendly and pets welcome, and it has car parking and disabled access, which for a guest list spanning three generations settles several questions at once.
What the record does not say is whether a wedding carries a minimum room block, and that is the first thing to ask. A resort that gives exclusive use of its rooftop will usually want a share of its rooms taken by the party, and the number of rooms and the nights will shape the total more than any supplier does. For couples who want the stay to be the wedding, our guide to venues with accommodation sets ME beside the houses and hotels across Spain that price the beds in.
The rooftop ceremony and the licence
The record lists one ceremony setting, the RADIO Rooftop itself, with its views over the island, and the ceremony is inside the package. ME Ibiza is licensed for marriage, which on an island where many venues are fincas and beach clubs is worth more than it sounds. The licence belongs to the venue, though, not to the couple. Most foreign couples who do not live in Spain cannot hold the binding civil ceremony here and instead sign at home and hold a symbolic ceremony on the terrace. Our guide to how to get married in Spain sets out who qualifies and what the alternative looks like.
Getting to the east coast
The nearest airport by straight line is Ibiza (IBZ), about 22 km away. The venue puts Ibiza Airport at 20km by road, which is a single transfer across the island and no ferry. With every guest sleeping on site, that transfer happens once each way for the whole party, and the resort's car parking takes hire cars for anyone who wants to see the north of the island in the days around the wedding.
Other Ibiza venues that publish a package
Most of the island's venues publish a hire and leave the food to a quote. The four below, like ME, fold the food and the drinks into their from-price, so they can be read against each other directly once you allow for the guest count each is priced for.
Finca Païssa d'en Bernat publishes €15,800 for 30 guests with full catering and a full-day open bar, takes up to 130 and is also licensed, though it has no rooms. Elixir Ibiza is €15,000 with the food and unlimited drinks for a beach terrace of 40 to 100, again with nowhere to sleep. Vibra Yamm Sunset is the closest match in shape: a seafront hotel in San Antonio Bay at €10,000 for 40 with the ceremony, the banquet and a two-hour open bar, sleeping 226. Seahorse Beach Club at Playa d'en Bossa is €7,000 for 40 with a garden ceremony, banquet, two-hour open bar and evening buffet, next to a hotel sleeping 774. ME sits at the top of that list on price, and it is the only one of the five with a five-star rating, a spa and a rooftop with exclusive use.
The Ibiza wedding cost guide reads every priced venue on the island the same way, and venues by budget groups them into bands. To turn a package like this into a full figure with the rooms and the suppliers on top, the budget calculator does the sums at your own guest count.
Who ME Ibiza suits
Choose ME Ibiza if you want a city-standard hotel wedding on an island better known for fincas: one building, one rooftop, every guest in a room upstairs, a licence on the wall and a kitchen and bar already contracted inside the price. It suits a list of 50 to 100 who would rather spend on rooms and a view than on marquees and generators, and it suits couples who want the planning to be a single conversation with one resort. It is less suited to a wedding that wants to run until dawn, since a hotel rooftop keeps hotel hours, or to a couple who want to bring their own caterer. For the latter, the intimate venues guide and the full collection list the dry-hire houses, and an enquiry through us for any of them costs nothing.
Questions couples ask us
How much does a wedding at ME Ibiza cost?
The resort publishes an example package at €17,250 for 50 guests for the 2027 to 2028 season. That figure covers the ceremony, exclusive use of the RADIO Rooftop, a two-hour open bar and a full meal. Larger or smaller lists are quoted on enquiry.
Does the €17,250 include the rooms?
No. The package is the ceremony, the rooftop, the bar and the meal. The resort has rooms for up to 400 people, so the whole guest list can stay on site, but those bookings sit outside the wedding figure.
Can we hold a legal ceremony at ME Ibiza?
The resort is licensed for marriage, so the ceremony and the reception can happen in the same place. Most foreign couples who are not resident in Spain still do the legal paperwork at home and hold a symbolic ceremony on the rooftop.
How many guests can the rooftop take?
Between 10 and 100 for both the ceremony and the reception. The example package is priced for 50, which sits in the middle of that range.
