How much does a wedding at Las Cicadas cost?
Las Cicadas asks €27,000 for a wedding, with beds for 12 across a three-night stay inside that figure and the kitchen and bar run in house. What the record does not give is a per-head rate for the food, so this guide explains where the number stops, what six bedrooms mean for a list of up to 150, and how the estate compares with the other Ibiza houses that fold a stay into the hire.

What €27,000 buys at Las Cicadas
Las Cicadas is a former working farmhouse in the Ibiza countryside, restored as a six-bedroom estate with ancient olive trees around it and let for weddings on a full-exclusivity basis. The published from-price for the 2027 to 2028 season is €27,000. The record attaches one clear condition to that figure: accommodation is included, for up to 12 people, and the estate sets a minimum stay of three nights. So the price is a long-weekend hire of a house, its gardens, shaded terraces, courtyards and pool, with the closest family sleeping in it. It is not a day rate, and dividing it by one evening gives a misleading answer.
The record lists in-house catering and a licensed bar among the facilities, but it gives no per-person price for either. That is the main gap in the published figures. The food and drink for a reception are quoted when you enquire, against your menu and your numbers, and they sit on top of the €27,000. Everything beyond the venue, the beds, the kitchen and the bar is supplier territory: the florist, the photographer, the band and the transfers from the airport.
Why there is no worked total on this page
On our pages for venues that publish a catering rate we add it to the hire at three guest counts and show the sum. Las Cicadas does not publish one, so any total printed here would be ours rather than the venue's, and we would rather leave the line blank than fill it with a guess. What we can describe is how the structure behaves. The hire is fixed whether you bring 20 people or 150, so the cost of the house per guest falls as the list grows, while the catering line rises with every extra chair. For a small party the hire dominates the budget; for a full reception the food does. The budget calculator lets you set your own catering assumption against the published hire and see where the balance lands, and the venue will give you current menu pricing before you fix a guest count.
Six bedrooms, 12 beds, three nights
The farmhouse sleeps up to 12 across its six bedrooms, and those beds are what the price includes. For a reception of 150, they go to the couple and the people they most want at breakfast; the rest of the list stays elsewhere on the island, and the venue keeps a hotel recommendation list for that purpose. For a wedding of 12 or fewer the entire party sleeps on the estate and the three-night minimum stops being an obligation and becomes the holiday. In between, a list of 40 or 60 is where you decide early who gets a room, because there is no overflow building on the property.
The record's experiences list, which runs to wine tasting, trekking, yacht charter, watersports, yoga, horse riding, bikes, star gazing, spa and tennis, is a reminder that three nights on Ibiza need filling. The house works as a base for the days either side of the wedding as much as for the wedding itself, and the pool is listed as the setting for a sunset party on one of them. The venue describes itself as child friendly, which matters when the inner circle includes small children staying for the whole run. Our guide to three-day wedding weekends covers how couples use a stay of this length.
Vows in the garden or beneath the olives
Two settings are listed for the ceremony. The first is the gardens, with cocktails on the lawn afterwards. The second is the olive grove, where the vows happen beneath the old trees that surround the house. The record gives no separate ceremony capacity, only a reception range from two to 150 guests, so ask how many the grove seats if your list is near the top of that range.
Las Cicadas is not listed as licensed for marriage, and on Ibiza that is the usual position rather than a drawback. Most couples arriving from abroad complete the legal paperwork in their own country and hold a symbolic ceremony on the island, which can take any form they like and needs no registrar. Our guide to getting married in Spain as a foreign couple sets out the routes and explains what a licensed venue would and would not change for a non-resident couple.
No curfew, and what that is worth
Two short lines in the record carry more weight than their length suggests. The venue states no curfew, and it has a high-spec sound system in the villa. On an island where many venues end amplified music at a fixed hour, or move the party indoors to protect neighbouring hotel guests, an estate that lets the dancing run to sunrise is a real part of what the hire buys. If a late dancefloor is the point of the weekend, this feature on its own separates Las Cicadas from several of the alternatives below, which are hotels with other residents to consider. A bridal changing room, car parking and a supplier list complete the practical side of the record.
Flying in
By straight line the nearest airport is Ibiza (IBZ), roughly 15 km from the estate. The record gives the address only as Ibiza, so it states no transfer time, but the island is small and the airport sits in its south, so expect a taxi ride rather than a journey. Parking is on site, which suits guests who hire a car for the three nights and want to reach the beaches and the towns between the wedding events.
Four other Ibiza houses with beds in the hire
Las Cicadas is one of a handful of Ibiza venues whose published hire carries accommodation for the inner circle. The four below are the closest comparisons, and each prices the stay differently.
Sant Miquel de Balansat · Ibiza
Ca Na Xicaup to 240 guests · sleeps 60 · 3-night minimum · from €21,720 · catering €135 a head
San Antonio · Ibiza
Can Frare Ibizaup to 75 guests · sleeps 12 · 4-night minimum · from €10,000 · catering €100 a head
Can Frare Ibiza, near San Antonio, publishes €10,000 with accommodation included for 12 and a four-night minimum, the same bed count as Las Cicadas at a much lower hire, though it tops out at 75 guests and quotes caterers from its list from €100 a head with drinks from €100. Pure House Ibiza, 4km from Ibiza Town, publishes €35,000 for 50 guests including a four-night stay for ten with food and drink, so its higher figure carries the catering that Las Cicadas leaves out; it sleeps 12 and takes 150. Can Gall Ibiza is the cheapest hire of the group at €8,949, sleeps 32 over a three-night minimum and takes up to 250, so it suits a bigger list with more family on site. Ca Na Xica, a villa turned boutique hotel at Sant Miquel de Balansat, publishes €21,720, sleeps 60, requires all its suites for three nights, and quotes catering from €135 a head with drinks packages from €42; it takes 240.
What none of those four states is a no-curfew policy, and that is the line to weigh against the price gap. The Ibiza wedding cost guide unpacks every published figure on the island in one place, venues with accommodation lists the Spanish houses that sleep guests on site, and venues by budget sorts the whole collection into price bands.
Who Las Cicadas suits
This is a venue for a couple who want a private farmhouse to themselves for three nights, a reception that can run to 150, and a party with no closing time. The 12 beds are for the inner circle, not the guest list, so plan for most people to stay off site and to travel in for the day. The hire is fixed, which rewards a fuller list, and the catering is quoted rather than published, which means the real budget conversation starts with the enquiry. If your list is nearer 50 and you want more of the money in beds, Ca Na Xica and Can Gall put more people on site; if you want a package with the food already inside the number, Pure House does that at a higher starting figure. The full collection lets you read every Ibiza venue's figures side by side, and an enquiry through us is free and commits you to nothing.
Questions couples ask us
What does the €27,000 at Las Cicadas include?
The venue states that accommodation is included in its from-price for the 2027 to 2028 season. The farmhouse sleeps up to 12 across six bedrooms, and the minimum stay is three nights, so the figure is a long-weekend hire of the whole estate with the beds inside it.
Is catering priced on top?
Yes. Las Cicadas caters in house and runs a licensed bar, but it does not publish a per-person rate for either. Food and drink are quoted on enquiry against your menu and guest count, and they sit above the €27,000.
How many guests can the estate take?
The reception range is from two guests to 150. Only 12 of them sleep on site, so a full list stays elsewhere on the island; the venue keeps a hotel recommendation list for that reason.
Can we hold a legal ceremony there?
The record does not list Las Cicadas as licensed for marriage. Most couples arriving from abroad do the legal paperwork at home in any case and hold a symbolic ceremony on Ibiza, in the gardens or beneath the olive trees here.
Is there a curfew?
No. The venue states no curfew and has a sound system in the villa, so the party can run through the night, which is unusual on Ibiza and is a real part of what the hire buys.
