How much does a wedding at Ca Na Xica cost?

Ca Na Xica is a 23-room boutique hotel in the farmland of northern Ibiza, and its published from-price of €21,720 is the cost of taking every suite for the three nights around the wedding. Catering is €135 a head and drinks packages start at €42, so the hotel hands you three of the figures a budget needs before you have asked a single question. This guide works them through at three guest counts and sets the hotel beside the other Ibiza houses that price their weddings with the beds attached.

Published 25 October 2026 · Every figure from the venues' own published records

Three published figures, not one

Ca Na Xica sits in the agricultural north of Ibiza, outside Sant Miquel de Balansat, and runs as a boutique hotel for most of the year. For a wedding it publishes three figures. The from-price is €21,720, and the record is explicit about what that buys: every suite in the hotel, booked for three nights, meaning the night before the wedding, the night of it and the night after. In-house catering is €135 per person, and drinks packages start at €42 per person. Few venues on the island put all three in writing, which makes this one unusually easy to budget for.

The hire figure is therefore closer to a hotel booking than a venue fee. It is the price of taking the rooms, and the wedding comes with them. The venue states that the whole property is reserved for your party on the wedding day, with the restaurant, the saltwater pool and the grounds closed to anyone outside it. On the other two nights the hotel keeps the right to take other bookings unless you have a second event on the property, so if you want the place sealed for the whole stay, say so when you enquire and ask what it adds.

What the room block covers, and what it leaves out

The 23 rooms and suites sleep up to 60, and because they are all inside the hire, 60 of your guests wake up on site on the morning of the wedding without anyone paying a hotel bill. That is the main work the €21,720 is doing. The record lists tables, chairs and the set-up for the catering as part of the package, along with a sound system, a bridal changing room, parking and disabled access. The licensed bar is on site, and the interior of the restaurant turns into the dance floor once dinner is cleared.

What the figure leaves out is the food and the drink, both priced per head on top, and any beds beyond the 60. With a reception that can run to 240, most couples will have more guests than rooms, and the overflow stays in villas or hotels nearby and travels in for the day. The venue does not list a hotel recommendation list among its features, so ask the team where earlier weddings have placed their extra guests before you send out the invitations.

Catering at €135 and drinks from €42

In-house catering starts at €135 a head, served outdoors on the olive tree patio for the full guest list or, for a smaller seated dinner, on the Salvia Terrace. The drinks packages start at €42 a head, and because the venue publishes that figure you can budget the bar from the record rather than guessing. Neither price is in the hire, so a wedding here is the room block plus the food plus the drinks, with suppliers, flowers, music and transport on top of all three.

Worked at 100, 150 and 240 guests

The rows below add the per-head catering to the published hire and stop there. They do not include the drinks packages, which the record prices separately at €42 a head, and they do not include anything a supplier charges. Read them as the minimum the venue and its kitchen will bill, not as a finished budget.

100 guests · rooms €21,720 + catering €13,500 €35,220
150 guests · rooms €21,720 + catering €20,250 €41,970
240 guests · rooms €21,720 + catering €32,400 €54,120

The hire is fixed and the catering rises with the list, so the rooms are a large share of a 100-guest wedding and a smaller share of a 240-guest one. For the bar, multiply the guest count by €42 and add it to the row that matches your list. The budget calculator does that for you and adds the supplier lines that no venue record shows.

A ceremony for 100, a reception for 240

The two capacities are different, and the gap matters. The ceremony seats between 90 and 100 guests, either among the trees in the grounds or beside the pool, where the old olives screen the setting from the rest of the hotel. The reception runs from 90 to 240. If your guest list is larger than 100, the ceremony is for the inner group and the rest join for dinner and the party, or you hold the ceremony elsewhere and bring everyone to the hotel afterwards. The lower limit of 90 is as telling as the upper one: the hotel is not pricing for a short list, and a couple with 40 guests should read the small and intimate venues guide instead.

The record does not say the hotel is licensed for marriage, so plan on a symbolic ceremony here with the legal paperwork done at home, which is the route most non-resident couples take in Spain in any case. Our guide to getting married in Spain sets out the options.

Getting to Sant Miquel

The nearest airport by straight line is Ibiza (IBZ), about 20 km from the hotel. Sant Miquel de Balansat is in the quiet north of the island, which is the point of the place: olive trees, farmland and a private beach area rather than the bars of the south coast. Every guest flies into the same airport and the drive crosses the island, so hire cars or a booked transfer are the usual answer, and the hotel has parking on site. Because 60 people are sleeping where the wedding happens, the transfer is a once-each-way question rather than a nightly one.

Other Ibiza venues that price the beds in

Ca Na Xica is one of a handful of Ibiza properties whose published figure carries a stay. The four below do the same, at prices either side of it, and each takes a different view of how many people the nights are for.

  • Ibiza

    Petunia Ibiza, a Beaumier Hotel

    up to 150 guests · sleeps 88 · 2-night minimum · from €74,000

  • Ibiza Town · Ibiza

    Pure House Ibiza

  • Ibiza

    Las Cicadas

  • Ibiza

    Can Gall Ibiza

    up to 250 guests · sleeps 32 · 3-night minimum · from €8,949

Petunia Ibiza publishes €74,000 with a two-night stay and food and drink inside the figure; it sleeps 88 and takes 150. Pure House Ibiza is €35,000 for 50 guests, including a four-night stay for ten with food and drink, and sleeps 12 in total. Las Cicadas is €27,000 with accommodation for 12 over three nights and takes 150. Can Gall Ibiza is the cheapest of the group at €8,949, sleeps 32 over three nights and takes 250, with catering quoted on enquiry. Ca Na Xica sleeps more than any of them bar Petunia, at well under a third of Petunia's price, and it is the only one of the five that publishes both a catering figure and a drinks figure.

The Ibiza wedding cost guide reads every priced venue on the island in the same way, and the venues with accommodation guide covers the mainland houses that bundle their beds. Venues by budget sorts the whole collection into bands.

Who the hotel suits

Choose Ca Na Xica if you want a guest list of 90 or more, three nights with 60 of them under the same roof, and a kitchen and a bar whose prices you can read before you enquire. It rewards a long weekend in the north of the island, and it is a poor fit for a short list or a one-night wedding, because the three nights of rooms are the price whether or not you fill them. If you want the beds but a smaller house, Las Cicadas and Can Frare price the stay in at lower figures; if you want a hotel takeover with everything bundled, Petunia is the comparison. The full collection shows each venue's figures side by side, and the three-day weekend guide lists the other houses built for a stay of this shape.

Questions couples ask us

How much does a wedding at Ca Na Xica cost?

The hotel publishes a from-price of €21,720 for the 2027 to 2028 season, and that figure is the cost of booking every suite for three nights around the wedding. In-house catering is €135 a head and drinks packages start at €42 a head, both charged on top.

Do we have to book the whole hotel?

Yes. The record states that all the suites must be booked for the night before the wedding, the wedding night and the night after. That is 23 rooms sleeping up to 60, and it is what the €21,720 pays for.

How many guests can Ca Na Xica take?

The ceremony seats between 90 and 100, and the reception runs from 90 up to 240. For a list above 100 the ceremony is for the closest guests and everyone joins for dinner and the party.

Is the hotel exclusively ours for all three nights?

On the wedding day every area of the hotel is reserved for your guests. On the other nights the hotel may take outside bookings unless you have a second event on the property, so ask about sealing the whole stay when you enquire.
