How much does a wedding at Finca Aal Cachucho cost?
Finca Aal Cachucho publishes a from-price of €5,500 for a wedding of 14 guests, and the figure includes catering and drinks, which makes it one of the few venues near Madrid with an all-in starting number. Behind it sits a bare hire of €2,100 for a day's exclusive use. This guide separates the two figures, explains why the small minimum matters, and compares the finca with the other all-in packages in the collection, every one of them in another region.

Two numbers in one record
Finca Aal Cachucho is a country finca and boutique hotel inside a six-hectare private nature reserve north of the capital, 20km from Madrid Airport. Its record is unusual in giving two starting figures. The headline is €5,500 for 14 guests, with catering and drinks included, and it is the number the venue publishes against the 2027 to 2028 season. Underneath it, the record states that exclusive hire of the spaces for one day, in any season, starts at €2,100 for a minimum of 14 guests. The gap between the two is what the food and the bar add for that smallest party.
The record also notes that the daily hire rises for a Saturday in high season, and that such a date carries a minimum of 150 guests. So the cheapest way onto the estate is a small wedding on a quieter day, while the busiest dates are reserved for the large celebrations the venue says it suits best. Ask for the Saturday figure directly; the record describes it but does not publish it as a clean number.
What the all-in figure buys, and what it leaves out
At its base the price covers full exclusivity of the estate for the day, so nobody else is on the grounds: the 40-metre ceremony aisle, the Garden of the Pond for the cocktail hour, planted with lavender and roses and lit throughout, the sound system and the licensed bar, with an on-site planner in charge of the running order and a bridal changing room to dress in. Catering and drinks for 14 are inside the €5,500. Beyond 14, every extra guest is quoted, and the record publishes no per-head catering or drinks rate, so a wedding of 80 or 150 is a conversation with the venue rather than a sum you can do at the kitchen table. The features list says recommended caterers rather than in-house catering, which suggests the food comes from the estate's chosen kitchens; ask who is cooking and whether a tasting is part of the price.
Outside the figure sit the rooms, the suppliers, and anything the venue's supplier list and hotel recommendation list point you towards. There is no curfew, which removes the late-finish surcharge some venues add, and the helipad and car parking are on the estate rather than hired in.
Scaling from 14 to 350
The published range is 14 to 350 for both the ceremony and the reception. That is a wider band than most Spanish fincas, and it changes what the from-price means. At 14, €5,500 is close to the whole venue bill. At 150, the Saturday minimum, the hire is a small share of a total driven by food and drink, and you should budget it from a quote rather than from this page. Because the record carries no per-head rate we print no worked table here; the budget calculator will take your guest count and a catering estimate and return a total, and the Spain wedding cost guide gives typical per-head ranges for the country.
Nineteen beds in a boutique hotel
Five boutique hotel rooms can be booked exclusively, and the estate sleeps up to 19 in all. That number is tight for a 350-guest wedding, and the record is candid about it: local accommodation nearby is flagged, and the venue keeps a hotel recommendation list. Read the 19 beds as the couple, parents and the wedding party, with everyone else staying in Madrid, half an hour away, or in the towns around the reserve. There is no minimum night stay in the record, so a single-night booking is possible. For a wedding of 14 to 19, the whole party sleeps on site, and the heated saltwater pool, the lavender and rose gardens and the estate's experiences, from wine tasting and cooking classes to horse riding, trekking, bikes and a spa, become the weekend. The accommodation guide lists venues that sleep a larger share of the list.
The aisle and the licence
One ceremony setting is published: the countryside aisle, 40 metres long, running out towards the Sierra de Madrid with the sunset behind the mountains. The estate is listed as licensed for marriage. That licence attaches to the venue rather than to you: most non-resident foreign couples cannot hold a legally binding civil ceremony in Spain and so choose a symbolic one on the aisle, with the legal part done at home. Our guide to getting married in Spain explains who qualifies and what the paperwork looks like. Pets are welcome, which is rarer than it should be, so the dog can walk the aisle too.
Getting there
The nearest airport by straight line is Madrid (MAD), about 23 km away. The venue puts Madrid Airport at 20km and there is parking on the estate, plus a helipad for the one guest who insists. For a list flying in from several countries this is as simple as Spain gets: one airport with direct flights from most of Europe, and a drive of under an hour to the gate. Guests who stay in the city can see Madrid in the days around the wedding without a transfer, and the venue's own list of hotels is the place to start.
Other all-in packages in the collection
No other venue in our collection is in the Madrid region, so the comparisons below are the other properties whose published price includes catering and drinks, in Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza. Each quotes for a different headcount, so compare the price per included guest, not the headline.
Mas de Sant Llei, north of Barcelona, publishes €10,500 for 70 guests including the meal, a two-hour open bar and a mojito buffet, on an estate that holds 700. Torre Sever, also in the Barcelona countryside, is €11,600 for 80, which its record spells out as €145 a head, with the DJ, sound and lighting and two hours of open bar inside the price, for up to 185. Hospes Maricel in Mallorca is €15,000 for 60 at a coastal hotel that sleeps 102 and seats 170. Paissa d'en Bernat in Ibiza is €15,800 for 30, with a full-day open bar, and takes 130. Finca Aal Cachucho's €5,500 is for 14, so its entry point is lower than any of them, but its per-guest figure at that size is not, and its ceiling of 350 is second only to Mas de Sant Llei in this set.
The venues by budget page puts the whole collection into price bands, and the full venue list shows each property's published figures side by side.
Who the finca is for
Two couples, really. The first wants a wedding of 14 to 30 on a weekday or in a quieter season, with the estate to themselves, a small hotel for the party and an all-in starting figure that is among the lowest in the collection. The second has a list of 150 or more, wants a Saturday in high season, no curfew and a 40-metre aisle facing the mountains, and is content to build the budget from a quote. The venue serves both, but the published number belongs to the first. If your list sits in between, the 100-guest venues guide and the intimate venues guide are where to look next, and an enquiry through us costs nothing.
Questions couples ask us
How much does a wedding at Finca Aal Cachucho cost?
The published from-price is €5,500 for 14 guests, and that figure includes catering and drinks. The record also gives a bare hire of €2,100 for a day of exclusive use with a minimum of 14 guests, and notes that the hire rises for a Saturday in high season, when the minimum is 150 guests.
Does the price include the food?
Yes, for the 14 guests the starting figure is quoted for. The record publishes no per-head rate beyond that, so a larger wedding is priced on enquiry.
Is the finca licensed for marriage?
It is listed as licensed for marriage. The licence belongs to the venue, though: most non-resident foreign couples cannot hold the binding civil ceremony in Spain and choose a symbolic one on the aisle instead.
How many people can sleep on the estate?
Up to 19, in five boutique hotel rooms that can be booked exclusively. The venue flags local accommodation nearby and keeps a hotel recommendation list for the rest of the party.
