What it costs to hire a villa or finca for a wedding in Spain
34 of the 34 private houses we list in Spain publish a starting price for a wedding, from €3,000 to €40,000. The number tells you little until you know what it buys: an afternoon, a weekend, or a weekend with the food in. This guide sorts the figures by exactly that.

Three kinds of villa price
A Spanish finca, masía or cortijo publishes one of three kinds of figure, and the difference between them is the whole story of why villa prices in Spain look so scattered. The first is a hire for the day: the estate, the gardens, the kitchen, and nothing else. The second is a hire with the nights built in, usually two or three, for a named number of sleepers. The third folds the food and the drink into the stay, so the published price is close to the whole wedding. The medians below are read from the venues' own records.

Region by region
Compare the medians rather than the floors. A region's lowest figure is almost always a day hire and its highest a three-night stay with the food in, so the floor says nothing about the region and everything about one venue's model. Each region's cost guide reads the figures venue by venue: Mallorca, Ibiza, Barcelona and Andalusia.
What the hire usually covers, and what it does not
Usually in: the property for the stated time, the ceremony and dinner spaces, tables and chairs, the venue's coordinator on the day, and the beds the price names. Usually out: catering unless stated, drinks almost always, the photographer, flowers, music, lighting beyond the house's own, and any beds beyond the named number. Catering is the line that moves the total most: the 12 houses that publish a per-head figure quote €80 to €163 a guest for food.
For a line-by-line total at your guest count, the budget calculator uses the same published prices and the region multipliers; venues by budget puts every priced venue, houses and hotels alike, in its band.
Questions couples ask us
How much does it cost to rent a villa or finca for a wedding in Spain?
Among the 34 private houses in our collection (fincas, masías, cortijos, haciendas, villas and farmhouses), 34 publish a from-price. They run from €3,000 to €40,000, with a median of €9,500. The spread is mostly about what the figure includes: 4 are the estate for the day, 14 include a stay of two or three nights, and 8 fold the food and drink into the stay.
Does the villa hire price include catering?
Sometimes. 8 of the 34 priced houses state food and drink inside the from-price. 12 publish a per-head catering figure instead, from €80 to €163 a guest; the rest quote catering on enquiry.
Which region is cheapest for a finca wedding?
Mallorca: 5 priced, from €3,500 to €15,000, median €4,500. Ibiza: 5 priced, from €8,949 to €35,000, median €15,800. Barcelona: 18 priced, from €3,000 to €25,300, median €8,000. Andalusia: 5 priced, from €5,400 to €40,000, median €25,000. Compare medians, not floors; a low floor is usually a day hire and a high one a three-night stay with food.
What does the budget calculator say?
Its all-Spain band for an exclusive-use villa, finca or masía in peak season is €4,500 to €31,400, typical €12,300, before catering at €90 to €170 a head. Region multipliers move those bands; the published prices above are the venues' own figures.
