How much does a wedding at Mas de Sant Lleí cost?
Mas de Sant Lleí is a 12th-century farmhouse estate on more than 40 hectares fifteen minutes from Barcelona, and it publishes a wedding from €10,500 for 70 guests with the catering, a two-hour open bar and a mojito buffet inside the figure. There are no beds on the estate and no curfew of any kind. This guide reads the package from the venue's own record, works out what it means per guest, and compares the estate with the other Catalan venues that price the food in.

A figure that already has the dinner in it
The published starting price at Mas de Sant Lleí is €10,500 for the 2027 to 2028 season, and the venue states it is for a wedding of up to 70 guests with the catering and drinks included. That makes it a different kind of number from the hire-only figures most Catalan masías publish. There is no second line for the food to add, and no beds to divide the figure between: the estate has no accommodation, so the price is the day itself.
Read per guest, the package comes to €150 a head for the 70 guests it is stated for, a figure we compute from the record rather than one the venue publishes. It is a useful comparison against the per-head catering rates at hire-only venues, where the hire still has to be added on top. For a wedding larger than 70 the venue quotes on enquiry, and the record gives no per-head figure for the additional guests, so we will not estimate one.
What the package is stated to include
The record's description of the package is long, and most of it is the kind of thing couples usually pay for separately. Exclusive access to the event space you choose. The cuisine itself, with a free tasting menu beforehand. An open bar for two hours, and a mojito buffet at the dance. A choice of tableware, table linen and napkins. A cloakroom service, the seating, the floral decoration, qualified staff, and an on-site wedding planner. The venue also lists in-house catering, a licensed bar, a sound system and a bridal changing room among its features.
What that leaves outside the figure is narrower than at most venues: the photographer, the music beyond the house sound system, any bar time past the two included hours, transport out from the city, and the guests' hotel rooms, since there are none on the estate. Once you have the venue's quote for your own number, the budget calculator adds those lines to it.
Seventy guests to seven hundred
The guest range is stated as 70 to 700 for both the ceremony and the reception. The minimum matters as much as the maximum: a couple with 40 guests cannot book the estate at the published figure, because the package is built for 70 and the venue does not take smaller weddings. The maximum is the largest in our Barcelona collection by some distance, and the estate's own summary describes it as a venue for large multicultural weddings close to the city, with no curfew of any kind.
That phrase deserves a moment. The record lists no music curfew and no curfew on the celebration itself, plus fireworks permitted and two heliports on the estate. For couples whose traditions run a wedding late into the night, or across more than one ceremony in a day, those are the facts that decide the booking before the price does.
Nobody sleeps on the estate
The record lists no accommodation. That is normal for a venue 15 minutes from Barcelona, and it changes the shape of the weekend compared with the estates further out whose hire includes two or three nights. Guests stay in the city, or in Granollers and the Vallès towns closer to Vilanova del Vallès, and travel out for the day. The upside is that nobody is paying for beds inside the wedding figure, and the guest list can be as large as 700 without the question of who gets a room. The downside is transport: for a wedding that ends in the early hours with no curfew, coaches back to the city are a line you will need to budget. If beds on site are a priority, our guide to venues with accommodation lists the Catalan estates that include them.
Four named ceremony spaces, and a licence
The estate lists four ceremony settings by name: the Terraza Magnolios, a terrace among the magnolias; the Patio Masía, the farmhouse courtyard; the Bosque Nupcial, with vows beneath the old trees on the woodland paths; and Rosales, beside the rose garden. On more than 40 hectares of hills and gardens the four are far enough apart to feel like different venues, which is how the day is designed to move: ceremony in one, drinks in another, dinner and dancing in a third.
Mas de Sant Lleí is listed as licensed for marriage. The licence covers the venue, and most non-resident foreign couples still cannot hold the legally binding civil ceremony in Spain, so the common route is a symbolic ceremony among the magnolias with the legal formalities done at home. Our guide to getting married in Spain sets out the options, including for couples who do qualify for a civil wedding here.
Getting there from Barcelona
The venue puts Barcelona Airport at 43 km and the city at around 15 minutes by road. By straight line the nearest airport in our list is Barcelona (BCN), about 33 km away. For an international guest list that is as easy as a countryside wedding in Spain gets: one airport, a hotel in the city, and a short coach ride on the day. Car parking is on site, there is disabled access, and the venue lists two heliports for anyone arriving by air. It is also part of our sustainable collection and describes itself as child and pet friendly.
Other Catalan venues without beds that price the food in
The four venues below are the right comparison because none of them sleeps a guest list either. One is an all-in package like Mas de Sant Lleí; the other three publish a day hire and a per-head catering rate, so the two numbers have to be added to compare.
Enfesta · Barcelona
Castle of Enfesta | Castell d’Enfestaup to 250 guests · from €4,500 · catering €119 a head
Torre Sever in Caldes de Montbui is the nearest match: an all-inclusive package from €11,600, stated as €145 a head for 80 guests, including the venue, menu, DJ, sound and lighting, two hours of open bar and full coordination, for up to 185 guests. Castell d’Enfesta publishes a hire from €4,500 with in-house catering at €119 a head, is licensed for marriage and holds over 250 for cocktails. Masia Colina near Tarragona is a €3,400 day hire with catering proposals from €145 a head including two hours of open bar, for 20 to 300 guests. Cortal Gran is a 15th-century castle with hire from €3,000, catering from €105 and drinks from €21, for up to 300. Only Mas de Sant Lleí and Torre Sever put the food inside the headline figure, and only Mas de Sant Lleí goes to 700 with no curfew.

Who the estate suits
Choose Mas de Sant Lleí if your guest list is 70 or more, you want the food and the bar inside the price, and you want a party that is not told to stop. It suits multicultural weddings with more than one ceremony, couples with family flying into Barcelona who would rather stay in the city, and anyone for whom the 700-guest ceiling is a relief rather than an irrelevance. The all-in package also suits couples planning from abroad, because the on-site planner and in-house kitchen remove most of the supplier search.
It does not suit a wedding under 70 guests, or a couple who want everyone sleeping on site for the weekend; for those, the intimate venues guide and the three-day weekend guide are better starting points. The full collection sets every venue's figures side by side, and a date enquiry at Mas de Sant Lleí through us costs nothing.
