How much does a wedding at Finca Païssa d’en Bernat cost?
Finca Païssa d’en Bernat is the rare Ibiza venue that publishes its whole price curve: €15,800 for 30 guests, climbing rung by rung to €39,000 for 100, with the hire, the furniture, the ceremony kit, the catering and a full-day open bar inside every figure. This guide reads that ladder line by line, explains what still sits outside it, and puts the finca beside the other all-in packages on the island.

The price is a ladder, not a number
Most venues give you a from-price and leave the rest to the enquiry. Finca Païssa d’en Bernat, a 15-acre finca high in the Ibiza hills with sea views, does the opposite. Its record states a price for every ten guests between 30 and 100, and the headline from-price of €15,800 is simply the bottom rung, for 30 people. Forty guests are priced from €18,700, 50 from €21,500, 60 from €24,500, 70 from €27,500, 80 from €30,500, 90 from €34,500 and 100 from €39,000. The reception can hold up to 130, so a list above the top rung is quoted individually.
Read down the right-hand column and the shape of the deal becomes clear. The cost of each extra guest is not flat: the jump from 30 to 40 is smaller than the jump from 90 to 100, which tells you the venue's fixed element is being spread thinner at the bottom of the ladder while the catering and bar dominate at the top. A couple choosing between 60 and 70 guests can see what the ten extra places cost before they send a single invitation, which is a luxury almost no other Ibiza venue offers.
What every rung includes
The record is precise about what sits inside each figure: venue hire, exclusive use of the estate, tables and chairs, ceremony seating, a ceremony sound system, and full catering and drinks through the finca's catering partner. The bar is described as a full-day open bar, with a three-hour open bar during the dancefloor and party period. So the package carries the furniture that most dry-hire venues make you rent, the ceremony kit that most venues leave to the planner, and the food and drink that at a hire-only venue would be the biggest line in the budget. The venue also lists a bridal changing room, in-house catering, a licensed bar, a supplier list and a hotel recommendation list, and it belongs to our sustainable collection.
What the ladder leaves out is accommodation, because the finca has none. The record notes local accommodation nearby, and the hotel recommendation list is the practical answer. Beyond that, the usual supplier lines remain yours: the photographer, the flowers, the band or DJ, the cake, the hair and make-up team and the transport that brings guests up into the hills and back down at 4am. Our budget calculator adds those lines to a package figure like this one so you can see the full picture at your own guest count.
Ceremony at the gazebo, with the licence
The one ceremony setting listed is a shaded gazebo framed by trees, with the sunset behind it, seating up to 80 with the sound system included. The ceremony range runs from ten guests to 80, so a reception of 130 means some guests stand or watch from the edge of the lawn, which is worth knowing early if your list is large. The finca is listed as licensed for marriage, which puts it in a minority on Ibiza. Bear in mind what the licence does and does not do: it means the venue can host a civil ceremony, but most non-resident foreign couples cannot complete the binding civil formalities in Spain and so hold a symbolic ceremony at the gazebo with the legal part done at home. Our guide to getting married in Spain explains who qualifies and what the paperwork involves.
Midnight outdoors, then The Cave
Ibiza venues differ sharply on how late the music can play, and the finca's answer is one of the more generous. Open-air celebrations run until midnight. After that the party moves underground to The Cave, the estate's own disco, where it carries on until 4am. That gives a wedding here a full evening on the terraces and lawns around the sea-view infinity pool, followed by four hours of dancing that bother nobody, and it explains why the open bar is specified for the dancefloor hours as well as the day. For a couple whose friends expect an Ibiza night, the underground room is part of what the package price buys.
Where guests sleep
There are no beds on the estate, so this is a venue for a day rather than a stay, and that shapes the budget in two ways. On the plus side, there is no minimum-night obligation to carry, no block of suites to fill and no argument over who gets a room. On the other, every guest needs a bed elsewhere on the island, and a wedding that ends at 4am in the hills needs transport back to those beds. The venue's hotel recommendation list and nearby accommodation note cover the first; the second belongs in your supplier budget. If sleeping the inner circle on site matters to you, the venues with accommodation guide lists the Spanish houses that do it, including several on Ibiza.
Reaching the finca
The nearest airport by straight line is Ibiza (IBZ), about 11 km away. The record places the finca high in the hills and gives its address simply as Ibiza, so it states no transfer time; a hillside venue with a 15-acre estate is a taxi or minibus ride from the coast, and the midnight-to-4am programme makes a booked return transfer part of the plan. The venue welcomes pets and describes itself as child friendly, and the single listed experience is wine tasting.
Other Ibiza packages with the food and drink already in
Four more venues in our Ibiza collection publish a figure that carries catering and the bar, and each anchors it to a different guest count, which is the first thing to line up before comparing them.
ME Ibiza prices an example package at €17,250 for 50 guests, covering a ceremony, exclusive use of its rooftop, a two-hour open bar and a full meal; it takes up to 100 and sleeps 400. Against the finca's €21,500 for the same 50, it is cheaper, but the open bar is two hours rather than a full day. Elixir Ibiza publishes €15,000 with food and unlimited drinks included, for between 40 and 100 guests on a beach terrace, and has no beds. Vibra Yamm Sunset starts at €10,000 for 40 guests with the ceremony, the banquet and a two-hour open bar inside, takes 120 and sleeps 226. Seahorse Beach Club starts at €7,000 for 40, covering a garden ceremony, a banquet, a two-hour open bar and an evening buffet, with catering beyond that from €105 a head and drinks packages from €39; it takes 250 and has a hotel next door sleeping 774. The finca's 40-guest figure of €18,700 is the highest of the four at that size, and the difference is the full-day bar, the private hillside and the underground disco.
The Ibiza wedding cost guide reads every published figure on the island against the others, and venues by budget sorts the whole collection into bands. For a list of around 100, our guide to venues for 100 guests shows which Spanish venues take that number comfortably.
The couple it suits
Book Finca Païssa d’en Bernat if you want to know the price of your wedding before you have chosen a caterer, if your list sits between 30 and 130, and if a licensed gazebo ceremony followed by a 4am finish in a private hillside disco is your idea of an Ibiza wedding. It is less suited to a couple who want everyone sleeping at the venue, or who already have a caterer they intend to bring, since the food is part of the package. If your list is larger than 100, ask for the quote above the published ladder; if it is smaller than 30, the intimate venues guide covers the houses that price for fewer. The full collection puts every venue's figures side by side, and an enquiry through us costs nothing.
Questions couples ask us
How much is a wedding at Finca Païssa d’en Bernat?
From €15,800 for 30 guests, rising by guest count to €39,000 for 100. Each figure covers the venue hire, exclusive use, tables and chairs, ceremony seating and sound, full catering and a full-day open bar, so it is close to the whole wedding rather than a hire fee.
What is not included?
Accommodation, since the finca has no beds and points guests to hotels nearby, plus the suppliers you choose yourself: photographer, flowers, music and transport. Anything beyond the catering partner’s menus and bar is also extra.
How late can the party run?
Open-air celebrations run until midnight. The party then moves to The Cave, the underground disco on the estate, where it carries on until 4am.
Is the finca licensed for a legal ceremony?
Yes, the record lists it as licensed for marriage, with a gazebo that seats up to 80. The licence covers the venue, not the couple; most non-resident foreign couples still cannot hold the binding civil ceremony in Spain and choose a symbolic one here.
