How much does a wedding at The Beach House Javea cost?
The Beach House Javea publishes a from-price of €15,000 for exclusive use of the whole house with catering for up to 70 guests, and a drinks rate of €28 a head on top. That is close to a complete venue bill in two numbers, which is rare. This guide works the pair through at three guest counts, explains the three-night minimum and the 34 beds, and sets the beach club beside the other all-in packages in the collection, all of them in other regions.

How the price is built
The Beach House Javea is a boutique beach club with a rooftop terrace on the port bay at Javea, on the Alicante coast, created by its Belgian and local owners around a slow-life idea after years abroad. The published starting price is €15,000, and the record's note says what it covers: exclusive use of the building and catering for a wedding of up to 70 guests. The venue's own drinks figure is €28 per person. In-house catering is inside the first number, so there is no per-head food rate to add; the second number is the bar, and it is the only line in the record that scales with the list.
The record also states a three-night minimum stay, which tells you the hire is written around a long weekend rather than a single evening, and the price is published for the 2027 to 2028 season. Full exclusivity is listed too, so the restaurant does not serve other diners while the wedding is in the building.
Worked through at 30, 50 and 70 guests
The table adds the €28 drinks rate to the €15,000 package at the venue's minimum of 30, at 50, and at its ceiling of 70. Because the catering is already inside the package, these totals are closer to a real venue bill than most worked examples on this site; what they leave out is the accommodation, the suppliers and the travel.
Notice how little the total moves. Catering is usually the line that scales, and here it is fixed; drinks at €28 a head are a small share of the whole. The consequence is that the per-guest cost falls fast towards 70, and a 30-guest wedding pays nearly the same as a 70-guest one. If your list is small and you want the price to shrink with it, the intimate venues guide lists venues priced differently. If your list is over 70 the house cannot take it, and the 100-guest venues guide is the place to look instead.
One building, the whole day
The record describes a day that happens under one roof. The rooftop takes the ceremony and the cocktails, looking straight over Javea Bay; the beach club restaurant downstairs seats the formal dinner; the rooftop then becomes the dance floor. There is a pool, a licensed bar, a house sound system and an on-site planner, and the venue is listed as child friendly with disabled access. It is also part of our sustainable collection. The decor the record describes is boho-chic, with open sea views, which tells you how much or how little styling you need to bring: a florist and a photographer may be the only suppliers the day really needs.
Where 34 guests sleep
Accommodation for up to 34 is listed, starting with three designer studios overlooking the sea a few minutes' walk from the house. The record does not say the beds are inside the €15,000, so treat them as a separate line and ask how the three-night minimum is priced. For a 70-guest wedding, 34 beds covers about half the list, and the port and the town of Javea take the rest. For a wedding at the minimum of 30, everyone can sleep in the venue's own beds, and the three nights become a weekend by the sea, with El Arenal and La Granadella beaches both within a 15-minute drive. The accommodation guide and the three-day weekend guide compare the venues built for this kind of stay.
The ceremony on the roof
The rooftop terrace is the one published ceremony setting, with the bay as the backdrop and the same space holding the party later. The record does not list the house as licensed for marriage, so plan for a symbolic ceremony, which is what most non-resident foreign couples hold in Spain in any case, with the legal registration done at home. Our guide to how to get married in Spain walks through the routes. The upside of a symbolic ceremony on a rooftop is timing: you can set it for the hour the light on the water is at its best, rather than for a registrar's diary.
Getting to Javea
The nearest airport by straight line is Alicante (ALC), about 86 km away. The venue puts Alicante Airport at 99km, around an hour by road, and Valencia at an hour and a quarter, so guests have two airports and a choice of routes. Javea is a working port with hotels and restaurants of its own, so a list that does not fit into the 34 beds is not stranded. The record does not list car parking, so guests arriving by road should ask where to leave the car.
Other all-in packages, elsewhere in Spain
Nothing else in our collection is in the Alicante region, so the fair comparisons are the all-in packages in Ibiza and Mallorca. Each is priced for a different headcount, and each takes a different view of where the guests sleep.
Hotel ME Ibiza publishes €17,250 for 50 guests, with the ceremony, exclusive use of the rooftop, a two-hour open bar and a full meal inside it, in a hotel with rooms for 400 and a 100-guest ceiling. Paissa d'en Bernat, also in Ibiza, is €15,800 for 30 with a full-day open bar, taking 80 for the ceremony and 130 for the reception. Hospes Maricel in Mallorca is €15,000 for 60 with catering and drinks, sleeps 102 and seats 170. The Beach House's €15,000 is for up to 70, with the bar at €28 a head on top, so at full capacity it is the lowest per-guest package of the four, though the three-night minimum is a condition none of the others states.
The Spain wedding cost guide for 2027 gives the country-wide picture, venues by budget sorts the collection into bands, and the budget calculator will add suppliers and travel to the totals above.
Who it suits
Couples who want the sea in every photograph, a guest list between 30 and 70, and a bill they can almost write before they enquire. It is not for a large wedding, and not for a one-night stop. If your list is 70 and your budget is fixed, it is one of the most predictable venues in the collection, and an enquiry through us is free and places you under no obligation.
